National HR Conference 2025: Role of HR in Rebuilding Ukraine’s Economy

On 24 November, Kyiv will host the National HR Conference 2025 — an event that will bring together Ukrainian companies, educational institutions, public authorities and labour market experts to discuss the pivotal role of HR in driving economic recovery during wartime. The event is organised within the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery.

More than 120 participants from across the country will discuss how modern HR practices help companies operate more sustainably, ensure equal access to employment, and support the development of an inclusive labour market.

The programme includes panel discussions, company case presentations, and an overview of key tools developed under the HR Boost for Better Employment project.

Background

The HR Boost for Better Employment project is being implemented by the NGO “Mentor Centre” within the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery. It aims to strengthen the HR capacity of Ukrainian companies and promote inclusive HR practices.

The Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery is jointly co-financed by the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and Denmark. It is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL).
