The Solidarity Fund PL in Ukraine announces a grant competition, “Support for the Modernisation of Vocational Education in Ukraine 2026”, within the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery.
Applications are invited from vocational education and training (VET) providers, professional pre-higher education institutions, and vocational training centres of the State Employment Service of Ukraine.
Grant funding will support projects focused exclusively on occupations and specialisations in the processing industry. Eligible projects should aim to update or develop education and training programmes in cooperation with employers, deliver additional courses and practical training, strengthen career pathways, and procure modern training equipment.
Grants range from UAH 2.0 million to UAH 4.0 million.
The application deadline is 21 April 2026.

The Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery is financed by the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and Denmark. It is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL).
