Online course “Modern Recruitment” launched

The East Europe Foundation and the State Employment Service of Ukraine have developed the online course Modern Recruitment, which is now available on the Zrozumilo! educational online platform.

The course covers the full modern recruitment process and is designed for recruiters and career counsellors from both the State Employment Service and the private sector, as well as anyone interested in applying modern and inclusive approaches to talent acquisition.

Over 13 lectures, participants will gain step-by-step knowledge of the full recruitment cycle – from vacancy analysis and job profile development to candidate sourcing, inclusive, bias-free selection processes, interview preparation, and results analysis. Additional topics include the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment, personal branding on social media, collaboration with partners, and effective workload management to prevent burnout.

Each lecture is followed by a short interactive exercise to help participants consolidate their learning.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate worth 0.2 ECTS credits (equivalent to six academic hours), which can be recognised as self-directed learning.
