The second Annual Conference of the Multi Donor Initiative (MDI) Skills4Recovery — “Workforce Development for Ukraine’s Path to the EU” — took place in Kyiv.
On 2 September 2025, the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery held a regional meeting in Mykolaiv with representatives of local authorities, VET providers, businesses, and the veteran community.
The “State Employment Service” mobile app, developed with support from the German Government, helps Ukrainians find jobs in today’s challenging labour market.
To help Ukrainians gain high-quality skills in short supply on the labour market, the Skills4Recovery offers flexible short-term courses for adults. More than 2,500 people have already been retrained.
