To help Ukrainians gain high-quality skills in short supply on the labour market, the Skills4Recovery offers flexible short-term courses for adults. More than 2,500 people have already been retrained.
In Kyiv, a three-day training and innovation course for managers and HR specialists was held under the Skills4Recovery. Participants included HR professionals from Kyiv, Odesa, Poltava, and Chernihiv regions.
The project “From Class to Work” offers new opportunities for quick requalification and upskilling for veterans, people with special needs, women, and other groups.
